MINI MAESTROS

A playful introduction to music for preschoolers aged 3 to 5.

What is Mini Maestros?

Mini Maestros is a brand-new 8-week group program at Lowe’s School of Music designed especially for children ages 3 to 5. Beginning January 17, 2026, this weekly 45-minute class introduces young learners to the joy of music through singing, rhythm games, movement, and hands-on exploration of instruments.

Led by Annie, one of our most experienced and caring instructors, the program creates a fun, welcoming space where little ones can explore sound and self-expression while learning alongside their peers. Our small class size ensures that each child gets the attention they deserve.

Please note: a parent or guardian must remain present for all sessions.

What Mini Maestros Aims to Do

Mini Maestros is designed to:

Explore Instruments

Children will get hands-on experience with percussion and melodic instruments, learning how sound is made and discovering the joy of creating it themselves.

Learn Music Basics

Through playful activities, little ones will begin to understand rhythm, pitch, tempo, and dynamics in a way that feels fun and natural.

Build Listening and Focus

Group games and musical exercises help children practice paying attention, following directions, and responding to sound cues—important skills for learning and daily life.

Develop Social Skills

Sharing instruments, singing together, and group movement activities encourage cooperation, patience, and confidence in social settings.

By the end of the 8 weeks, children will have gained a joyful foundation in music—and parents will see their child’s confidence, creativity, and focus grow.
